This game version covers the five skill categories of communication: Verbal; Non-Verbal (Body language); Understanding (Listening); Writing (E-mailing and Texting); and Express Yourself (Speaking). The most important elements of communication are covered. However, many realistic business situations are also explored. (Example: “How would you handle a situation in which an associate is always late, impacting your work and your supervisor does nothing?”).


COMPUTER SUPPORT FUNDAMENTALS (IT) VERSION

This game version covers key fundamental aspects of technology troubleshooting and repair, such as hardware, software and terminology. The customer service section brings real-world scenarios to assist with honing abilities in working with people. The objective is to provide future technicians with core skills required to be successful in this fast-paced field. Preparation for COMPTIA A+ Exam.


CUSTOMER SERVICE VERSION

Customer service permeates every aspect of a successful business. In our society, we have moved to a “service” based economy; yet, the level of service provided has DECREASED. This version emphasizes step by step methods to impact and improve every business’ Customer Service level. It instills the concept that a Customer Service department can single-handedly increase company profits.


DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION VERSION

This Learning System is designed to bring awareness and manage workforce diversity effectively. The goal is to create an all-inclusive climate where everyone’s unique qualities are viewed as assets that move an organization closer towards business goals and vision. ENTREPRENEUR ESSENTIALS VERSION

This game version covers skills required for a business startup. The five essentials categories are: Planning; Business Finance; Management; Sales/Marketing; Regulation. Entrepreneurship is the process of creating value by bringing together multiple resources to pursue economic opportunity and independence. This game brings these concepts home in a fun, interactive and collaborative manner.


FINANCIAL SERVICES VERSION

Learn important concepts regarding financial services from a Financial Institutions perspective. Categories include: Market Position; Problem Resolution; Gaining Commitment; Needs Assessment; Building Relationships. The game teaches concepts that all financial institutions can benefit from, such as building a solid customer base, to understanding the variable financial products that best fit the client’s needs.


JOB SEEKER VERSION

This game version covers the skills involved in securing a job: The Process; The Prep; Your Profile; The Connection; The Challenges. Tough questions like: “What if I don’t have the required experience?”; “How do you explain your layoff?” The essence of the Job Seeker version is to uncover the many job search misconceptions (Example: use of computer vs. networking).


LEADERSHIP/ETHICS VERSION

This game version covers the five categories of leadership: Leadership Basics; Reaching Goals; Decision Making; Motivating People; and Ethics. Leadership does not merely mean “being in charge”. True leaders display specific characteristics. The game’s objective is to instill the belief that all associates can learn and exemplify leadership traits.


MARKETING VERSION

This game version covers the five categories in the world of marketing: The Market; The Offering; The Research; The Promotion: The Challenges. One of the most misused words in our language, the term “marketing” is clarified and explained. As a component of “marketing”, the evolution of advertising is also covered in this version.


NUTRITION AND FITNESS VERSION

One of our newest versions, Personal Finance, covers the five aspects of finance: Economics (general economic questions); Earning; Planning; Managing; Spending. In our current society, statistics show that less than 30% of our population understands the day-to-day managing of their financial resources. This lack of understanding finances negatively impacts the quality of life.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PM) VERSION

This game version covers the five major process groups of project management, Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing as described in the PM Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® 5th edition). The questions are based on the 47 processes and 10 knowledge areas. Both theoretical and situational questions provide players a comprehensive review of PM concepts.


WORKPLACE READINESS SKILLS VERSION

This game version covers the top 21 skills and competencies sought by employers and prepare participants for the workplace or post-secondary education. The categories are: Interpersonal Skills; Professional Aptitude; Tech Competencies; Communication; Resourcing. The categories are structured to teach concepts of a positive work ethic, diversity awareness, resource management, and creativity, as well as technology skills. The object is to provide participants a hands on, engaging method to assess skills and prepare for the Workplace Readiness Skills (WRS) for the Commonwealth Assessment.


SALES VERSION

Over ninety percent of sales training consists of product/service informational training. This version enables sales personnel to learn “how” to sell. The sales categories are: Market Position (Who you are as a company); Needs Assessment (Uncovering the needs of the customer); Problem Resolution – (Providing solutions); Gaining Commitment (The close); Building Relationships (Establishing future sales). The Automotive Version is sales training for vehicles in a dealership setting. The sales training is applicable for all types of vehicles or manufacturers as the questions are based on sales training skills. DISTRIBUTION SALES VERSION

The Distribution Version is sales training for any company selling products or services to other businesses in a wholesale setting. The sales training is applicable for all types of B to B sales as the questions are based on sales training skills. All sales training versions include 30 blank cards to customize for your company. MANUFACTURING SALES VERSION

The Manufacturer’s Version is sales training for product manufacturing companies that sell to agents, distributors or directly to businesses. The sales training is applicable for all types of manufacturing companies as the questions are based on sales training skills. Price includes up to 2 hours of facilitation. RETAIL SALES VERSION

The Retail Store Version is sales training for any company selling products or services in a Retail Store front setting. The sales training is applicable for all types of retail sales as the questions are based on sales training and customer service skills. If your associates are only involved in customer service, you may want to select the Customer Service version of the game, but select this sales training game if you sell primarily in a retail outlet. WAITSTAFF VERSION

The Waitstaff Version trains your server team to up-sell and to create a better dining experience for your guests. They learn from each other and share best practices. OSHA 10/30 VERSION

This Learning System is designed to review questions from both the 10 hour and 30 hour OSHA General Industry Safety Training. It can be used to prepare for OSHA testing or as a review tool to maintain certification. Categories include: OSHA Regulations; Workplace Safety; Personal Safety; Environmental Issues; Hazard Prevention.


AGILE VERSION

The Agile movement helps businesses respond to unpredictability. Agile development methodology provides opportunities to assess the direction of a project throughout the development lifecycle.
